This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume responsibility for the product roadmap in this new domain: assess our current scope, challenge the assumptions, and adapt the plan based on insights gained.
• Define and manage the complete experience across two interconnected user segments: one that is consumer-facing and the other that is operator-facing.
• Recognize opportunities for AI-driven automation to minimize friction and enhance results on both fronts of the experience, and develop those capabilities in a manner that builds trust.
• Navigate a complex landscape of integrations, collaborating with third-party platforms and data sources that are essential to the functioning of this market.
• Conduct thorough discovery by engaging closely with end users and operators, refining the problem definition while iterating solutions in partnership with Design and Engineering.
• Set key performance metrics and hold yourself accountable to them.
• Over 7 years of product management experience with a proven history of guiding products from conception to market, including a background in refining early-stage work.
• Proficiency in funnel and conversion: you think in terms of acquisition, activation, and drop-off. You know how to pinpoint where a journey falters and what is required to remedy it.
• Strong consumer UX instincts for critical decisions: you recognize that some experiences demand more than just ease of use; they require trust, clarity, and confidence at every stage.
• Extensive knowledge of AI-driven communication and workflow automation: you understand where these systems provide value, where they introduce risk, and how to implement them responsibly in products where users are making significant decisions.
• Familiarity with B2B2C models: you have experience in developing products where the end user and the purchaser are distinct individuals, and you know how to cater to both without compromising either.
• Integration expertise: you have successfully navigated intricate third-party ecosystems and understand the product trade-offs associated with reliance on external platforms and data.
• AI-native mindset: you tackle product challenges by considering how intelligent systems can enhance the experience, rather than treating AI as an afterthought. You stay updated on the capabilities of technology and integrate that knowledge into discovery, design, and prioritization discussions.
• A builder's mentality: you don't merely draft specifications and pass them on. You prototype, experiment, and leverage available tools to rapidly explore concepts, ensuring a feedback loop between what you request from engineering and how it operates in practice.
• Excellent communication skills: you can influence across engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership teams; you write effectively, present clearly, and build trust without requiring authority.
