This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop outstanding customer experiences in the role of Principal Product Manager for Agentic AI.
• Lead the overarching product strategy, vision, and roadmap aimed at enhancing customer experiences.
• Ensure cohesive alignment among agile teams while managing dependencies effectively.
• Exhibit visionary thinking, strategic planning abilities, and leadership to mentor and guide Product Owners.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to achieve product differentiation.
• Align product goals with the larger business objectives.
• Facilitate the efficient utilization of AI by delivering high-quality, well-structured data as a foundational element.
• Seamlessly integrate data into AI workflows to enable intelligent automation, predictive insights, and enhanced customer experiences throughout the organization.
• Pioneer the application of Agentic AI and emerging technologies to enhance workforce capabilities, deliver personalized experiences, and promote intelligent decision-making.
• Optimize business value through the development of new products, reimagining existing offerings, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with enabling functions to effectively position and promote products to meet business targets.
• Propel product demand, activation, and engagement through insights derived from customer experience research.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in software solutions or product management; experience in fintech or banking is preferred.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required, ideally in information technology management, computer science, business, software engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• High energy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to balance short, medium, and long-term goals.
• Proven experience in defining large-scale solutions designed for multi-tenant infrastructures and platform-as-a-service cloud computing environments.
• Experience in crafting product roadmaps based on abstract and detailed customer requirements, use cases, market analysis, and industry trends.
• A strong commitment to delivering effective solutions that enhance customer services.
• Confident presentation and negotiation skills to engage with senior management, key customers, and partners in sales and problem resolution.
• A natural curiosity and self-motivation to remain updated on technical trends and cost factors affecting user experience and product performance.
• A proven history of leading AI products from inception through to launch.
• Extensive experience in developing AI product strategy, product requirements, use cases, cost-benefit analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Practical knowledge of AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, multi-modal models, model training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, chain of thought, and reasoning.
• Experience in developing applications on modern agentic AI platforms (e.g., Google ADK, Microsoft Azure AI, or AWS agent core and bedrock) across cloud solutions (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• A deep understanding of AI limitations (e.g., model hallucination and performance) and an effective AI product strategy for evaluation, testing, and establishing guardrails.
• Strong knowledge of responsible AI governance standards and processes.
• Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering teams regarding end-to-end data flow, system design, solutions, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Experience in the fintech, banking, payments, or financial services sector is highly advantageous.
