Principal Product Designer, UX/UI – AI Experience Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Shape the future of human intelligence by designing AI-driven customer experiences.

• Impact product strategy and enhance customer journey planning.

• Enhance accessibility and direct product conceptualization.

• Create mobile interfaces, web applications, dashboards, and interactive prototypes.

• Work in collaboration with executive leadership, Product, AI Engineers, Designers, Developers, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.

• Manage the entire product design lifecycle, from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, user testing, high-fidelity design, developer handoff, and post-launch optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design.

• A portfolio showcasing exceptional digital product design across web and mobile platforms.

• Significant experience in designing complex SaaS, AI, HealthTech, EdTech, or enterprise applications.

• Proficiency in Figma and contemporary product design workflows.

• Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, and design systems.

• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional presentation abilities and skills in stakeholder management.

• Remarkable attention to detail.

• Capability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

• Prior experience utilizing AI for UX research, persona development, journey mapping, interface generation, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, accessibility evaluations, design QA, product documentation, and customer insight analysis will be highly valued.
