Principal Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scoping, ideation, and implementation of new product features and enhancements within the TruIQ SaaS product suite, aiming to support high-growth and revenue goals.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Engineering, and Data Science teams to convert strategic product requirements into actionable technical solutions.

• Propel product innovation by researching, developing, and launching new features utilizing the OneTru platform.

• Work cross-functionally to expedite product incubation, development, and go-to-market strategies across global teams.

• Create and deliver user-focused experiences by utilizing customer insights to develop intuitive product solutions.

• Interact directly with customers to validate product ideas, collect feedback, and uncover unmet needs while aiding sales initiatives.

• Ensure that product offerings are operationally ready, scalable, and reliable.

• Establish and evaluate key performance metrics to assess product success and foster continuous improvement.

• Contribute to the enhancement of AI and machine learning capabilities within product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, data science, or pre-sales roles.

• Demonstrated experience in launching and scaling data-driven products.

• In-depth knowledge of data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and applied AI.

• Familiarity with credit and non-credit data ecosystems and relevant regulatory considerations (e.g., FCRA).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in building and managing SaaS products and platforms.

• Proficient in data analytics and AI/ML concepts.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

• Experience in applying user-centered design principles.

• Knowledge of prototyping and MVP development methodologies.
