This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Take ownership of the physics, encompassing everything from mechanisms to margins.
β’ Develop first-principles models that link AVF, defect mechanisms, and DVFS transients to field FIT, system-level yield, and DPPM in relation to coverage.
β’ Establish the screening process that effectively addresses escapes.
β’ Define ATE and SLT voltage, frequency, and timing parameters.
β’ Ensure the POR serves as the definitive source of information.
β’ Draft the methodology document for each program.
β’ BSEE / MSEE / PhD or equivalent experience, with over 15 years in the industry.
β’ In-depth, practical understanding of how transient VF behavior induces worst-case stress conditions for marginal defects and timing violations.
β’ Proven experience in creating first-principles models that correlate physical parameters with manufacturing results, validated through actual silicon.
β’ A solid history of defining manufacturing test specifications for products that have shipped.
β’ Experience in designing and executing silicon validation experiments that substantiate models from NPI through to production.
