Principal Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Create large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic experiences that engage millions of customers.

• Design and implement various agent interaction modes, including Voice AI and Deep Research.

• Innovate evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety measures to ensure trustworthy and responsible AI agents.

• Monitor emerging agentic paradigms and transform them into product innovations.

• Lead intricate, multi-team projects that bridge applied research with scalable engineering.

• Translate research discoveries and AI system architectures into actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or higher, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Focus on developing products that utilize cutting-edge multimodal LLMs.

• Over 5 years of experience in deploying large-scale ML models.

• Recent 2–3 years spent building agent-based systems, multi-agent collaboration, or similar approaches.

• Proficiency in developing dialogue systems capable of sustaining long conversations, context-aware tool selection, and compliant response generation.

• Experience in creating AI services that manage hundreds of millions of daily interactions with high availability, low latency, and strong fault tolerance.

• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agents SDK, and AutoGen.

• Knowledge of production ML infrastructure.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to influence technical direction across teams, along with presenting to executive leadership.

• Articles, patents, or significant research publications are considered a strong advantage.
