Principal Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive AI/ML/Agentic-AI solutions — encompassing ideation, research, experimentation, deployment, and production monitoring.

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and inter-team dependencies while collaborating with product and engineering leaders.

• Convert business and technical requirements into a structured ML roadmap, architecture, and actionable tasks.

• Promote the adoption of MLOps best practices and advocate for operational excellence in ML infrastructure.

• Create and implement models aimed at cloud workload prediction, resource optimization, and intelligent automation.

• Incorporate GenAI, LLM-based, and Agentic AI solutions into both customer-facing products and internal systems.

• Effectively convey ML strategy, advancements, and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• BTech/BE, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in ML/AI/DE.

• Demonstrated success in delivering ML projects at scale in production, ideally within a SaaS/cloud infrastructure environment.

• Strong practical experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with AWS and Terraform is essential.

• Previous experience with Databricks and Spark is preferred.

• Practical experience with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain), including real-world implementation in production.
