Principal Information Systems Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and overall leadership to project teams involved in the design, implementation, and modification of IT projects.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding project leadership and oversee scheduling, change management, risk management, and cost management.

• Monitor and report on the status of projects, including metrics, financial budgets, and Estimated At Completion (EAC) figures.

• Create, review, and finalize the project Statement of Work (SOW).

• Support the project management leadership team in evaluating, documenting, and tracking all newly assigned project requirements.

• Develop project execution plans and identify the necessary technical and business resources.

• Foster customer relationships and enhance customer engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

• Capability to obtain a US Government Secret level security clearance (at a minimum).

• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and cost performance/Earned Value Management.

• Experience collaborating with integrated teams, including program managers, functional managers, and customers.

• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership.

• Proven track record of leading and managing multiple complex project assignments concurrently.
