This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the design authority for intricate client engagements.
• Oversee the creation of identity governance and data access models across Microsoft and various business platforms.
• Critically evaluate discovery findings prior to presenting them to senior client stakeholders.
• Determine who should have visibility and the ability to modify client, fund, and sensitive business information.
• Develop access protocols for new joiners, role transitions, and departures.
• Establish roles, groups, approval processes, access reviews, and controlled exceptions.
• Examine service accounts, integrations, and delegated access.
• Integrate Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, data platforms, and business applications into a cohesive design.
• Translate the design into detailed implementation steps, dependencies, and evidence of completion.
• Collaborate directly with technology, security, data, and business leaders.
• Offer proportional assurance during pilot and delivery phases.
• Support an initial short paid review assignment, with the possibility of further delivery work contingent upon client approval and funding.
• Robust recent experience in designing identity governance and access models within complex organizations.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Proven experience with joiner, role change, and leaver processes.
• Background in designing role-based access, access reviews, privileged access, and exception controls.
• Experience in governing service accounts and access utilized by integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint permissions.
• Experience linking business access decisions to technical groups, roles, and permissions.
• Capable of critically assessing evidence and articulating risks and design choices in straightforward language.
• Comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders and taking responsibility for design quality.
• Residing in the United Kingdom and available to work during UK business hours.
• Open to short assignments with the potential for ongoing support in delivery.

• Daily rates between £650 and £850, contingent on experience and assignment specifics.
• Fully remote work within the United Kingdom.

• Opportunities for additional paid work upon client approval of subsequent delivery phases.
