Principal Full-stack Engineer – .NET/Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop production code for essential and intricate system components, establishing benchmarks for quality and maintainability.

• Design, implement, and enhance high-performing, modular software systems utilizing SQL, .NET, and Angular, with an emphasis on scalability and fault tolerance.

• Spearhead complex system designs and shape architectural decisions across teams, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise-wide systems.

• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept models to assess new technologies and methodologies prior to wider implementation.

• Transform large existing systems, facilitating modernization from monolithic structures to modular designs without interrupting production delivery.

• Offer technical direction that aids teams in effectively planning and executing complex projects.

• Guarantee that critical paths are observable and measurable through the hands-on deployment of monitoring and performance tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of software engineering experience, including staff-level or equivalent technical leadership roles.

• Strong expertise in .NET, SQL Server, and Angular.

• Demonstrated capability to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact systems.

• Experience in defining scalable architectures and reusable patterns across teams.

• Proven track record of managing technical roadmaps and modernizing legacy systems.

• Extensive knowledge of automated testing (including TDD) aligned with business risks.

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.

• Strong understanding of system observability, performance monitoring, and reliability at scale.

• Familiarity with code quality and security tools, such as SonarQube or Mend.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
