This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Direct forecasting initiatives to facilitate commercial planning and informed decision-making.
• Oversee the Budget and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes across various functions.
• Conduct evaluations of CAPEX and reviews of business cases to guide investment choices.
• Assist in updating the annual Country List Price (CLP) processes across different regions and stakeholders.
• Manage and sustain pricing and freight dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, resolving issues, and implementing follow-up actions.
• Handle management reporting packages and financial summaries.
• Organize Gross Margin (GM) Walk reviews, encompassing the overall Commercial Office GM Walk consolidation and analysis.
• Coordinate Service Financials reviews, including an analysis of Service business performance.
• Lead the Global AOP submission processes, covering scheduling, review, validation, consolidation, and preparation of presentations.
• Facilitate regional forecasting and planning submissions, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of issues.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and commercial analyses, focusing on product mix, pricing, margin, and profitability evaluations.
• Provide oversight and coordination of the FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE) in India.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior leadership in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, AOP, financial performance management, and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the skill to convert complex financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Comprehensive understanding of pricing, profitability, margin management, and commercial finance drivers.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional planning processes and manage diverse stakeholders across regions.
• High proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
