This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Identify and assess new design opportunities within Assigned Accounts, engaging early in the design cycle prior to formal sales engagement.
• Analyze customer system architectures and develop strong technical relationships with key stakeholders ahead of competitors.
• Contribute to the sales pipeline through direct customer insights, recognizing unmet needs, and creating proactive opportunities.
• Organize and conduct technical workshops and training sessions to enhance SiTime’s brand visibility in key vertical markets.
• Manage Must-Win opportunities, taking ownership of the technical campaign and coordinating internal resources to secure designs.
• Initiate project kick-offs for major new programs and provide EVM and software demonstrations at customer locations.
• Lead system-level selling across the entire clock tree, rather than focusing solely on individual devices.
• Define and drive the technical strategy for opportunities, ensuring clear differentiation and a compelling path to victory.
• Create high-quality technical content such as application notes, presentations, and webinars that establish SiTime as the authority in timing.
• Provide structured customer insights and competitive intelligence to product management based on practical requirements.
• Serve as a prominent technical expert in priority sectors including A&D, Automotive, Communications, Industrial, and Enterprise.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought-leadership initiatives to enhance SiTime’s technical reputation.
• Function as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with the Salesperson to build the funnel and generate revenue.
• Lead technical interactions with customer R&D teams while closely aligning with sales on account strategy and execution.
• Coordinate internal support as necessary, including collaboration with Customer Engineering (CE) for post-design-in assistance.
• Degree in Electronics.
• Strong technical curiosity coupled with a system-level perspective.
• Customer-focused and relationship-oriented, with the ability to build trust rapidly.
• Organized and disciplined approach to managing multiple opportunities at once.
• High level of personal ownership and accountability for results.
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working within cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and sales efforts.
