This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Identify and assess new design opportunities within Assigned Accounts, engaging early in the design process prior to formal sales engagement.
• Map customer system architectures and cultivate strong technical relationships with key stakeholders ahead of competitors.
• Enhance the sales pipeline through direct customer insights, recognition of unmet needs, and proactive opportunity development.
• Organize and conduct technical workshops and training sessions to enhance SiTime’s brand presence in crucial vertical markets.
• Lead Must-Win opportunities, taking ownership of the technical campaign and coordinating internal resources to secure designs.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings for major new programs and present EVM and software demonstrations at customer locations.
• Manage system-level selling across the entire clock tree, rather than just individual devices.
• Define and drive the technical strategy for opportunities, ensuring clear differentiation and a compelling path to victory.
• Create high-quality technical documentation such as application notes, presentations, and webinars that establish SiTime as the authority in timing.
• Provide structured customer insights and competitive intelligence to product management based on practical requirements.
• Serve as a recognized technical expert in priority sectors including A&D, Automotive, Communications, Industrial, and Enterprise.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought-leadership initiatives to enhance SiTime’s technical credibility.
• Act as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with the Salesperson to build the sales funnel and drive revenue.
• Lead technical interactions with customer R&D teams while aligning closely with sales on account strategy and execution.
• Coordinate internal support as necessary, including collaboration with Customer Engineering (CE) for post-design-in assistance.
• Ensure a seamless transition from design to production by maintaining consistent technical ownership.
• Degree in Electronics.
• Strong technical curiosity combined with a system-level perspective.
• Customer-oriented and relationship-focused, capable of earning trust quickly.
• Structured and disciplined in managing multiple opportunities at once.
• High personal ownership and accountability for results.
• Strong teamwork skills and comfort working within cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and sales efforts.
