This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Executive Search Function.

• Oversee the complete executive search process for VP, SVP, and proactive roles worldwide, from initial intake to offer closure and onboarding transition.

• Act as the main point of contact and strategic advisor to C-suite hiring managers throughout each recruitment process.

• Create and implement customized search strategies for each position, including market mapping, target company lists, outreach sequencing, and candidate positioning.

• Manage a select portfolio of confidential searches concurrently with strict discretion and adherence to timelines.

• Establish trusted relationships with the CPO, CFO, CTPO, General Counsel, and other functional leaders to gain a deep understanding of their organizational needs and long-term talent objectives.

• Present candidate slates, market benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in polished, executive-ready formats.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders on organizational design, leveling, and talent availability during the development of headcount plans - not just filling positions.

• Shape offer strategy, compensation structure, and negotiation approaches for essential executive hires.

• Maintain an up-to-date talent map of executive-level candidates across key functions and regions, including competitors, adjacent industries, and passive candidates in long-term relationships.

• Develop a proprietary network of executives who consider ServiceTitan as a desirable employer, even before any roles become available.

• Create and deliver regular executive talent market reports that cover compensation trends, supply and demand dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Monitor and report on executive search metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, diversity of candidate slates, and source of hire to the Head of TA and People leadership.

• Collaborate with Total Rewards and Finance on executive-level compensation benchmarking and equity modeling for offer scenarios.

• Act as a brand ambassador for high-caliber executive talent, providing a world-class candidate experience that reflects ServiceTitan's culture and aspirations.

• Work with Communications and Marketing on executive employer branding narratives for targeted markets.

• Represent ServiceTitan at executive-level industry events, forums, and networks to enhance brand credibility with senior leaders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience, including over 5 years successfully placing VP+ level leaders in high-growth technology firms - either in-house, at a retained search firm, or both.

• Proven ability to conduct confidential, complex searches with senior-level discretion and adept stakeholder management.

• Mastery of executive sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, network mapping, research methodologies, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter/Gem.

• Experience advising C-suite stakeholders as a trusted thought partner, beyond merely functioning as a transactional recruiter.

• In-depth understanding of executive compensation structures, including equity programs and long-term incentive designs at growth-stage and pre/post-IPO companies.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities - capable of crafting compelling outreach, delivering concise executive presentations, and discerning when to speak and when to listen.

• Strong grasp of executive search metrics and the capability to leverage data to inform decisions and report to leadership.
