This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver clinical and technical assistance and training to physicians and staff regarding the EP mapping and navigation system, along with all CAS products.
• Instruct and prepare physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical aspects related to CAS products and associated procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and efficient utilization of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Build and nurture customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to pinpoint potential sales opportunities.
• Partner with the local sales team to strategize and conduct training sessions for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Coordinate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams within the region.
• Act as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, services, and support.
• Function as a regional advocate to share your expertise and encourage others to achieve proficiency in mapping technology.
• High school diploma along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Associate degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular sciences, life sciences, or a technical field with at least four years of work experience in the cardiac sector, including hospital/clinic or sales.
• Demonstrated success in technical training roles.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation sector, EP lab, within a hospital/clinic, or in EP medical sales offering technical/clinical support.
