This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Deliver clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff regarding the EP mapping and navigation system, as well as all CAS products.
• Provide education and training to physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on technical aspects related to CAS products and associated procedures.
• Advocate for the safe and effective utilization of Medtronic CAS products and their related procedures.
• Build and nurture customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to pinpoint potential sales opportunities.
• Work together with the local sales team to administer customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Engage and coordinate with the sales and clinical teams within the region.
• Act as a proficient Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff concerning Medtronic CAS products, services, and support.
• Function as a regional champion to share your expertise and inspire others to excel in mapping technology.
• High school diploma with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Associate degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• OR Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline, along with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Demonstrated success in technical training roles.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, within a hospital/clinic, or in EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
