Principal, Engineering Operations – FIN, SWE, NOR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Lead transformation within the Product & Engineering departments as part of our ongoing enhancement of processes, practices, and culture.

• Join a team that fosters unified approaches, simplifying tasks for teams and leaders, enabling them to concentrate on significant challenges.

• Guarantee quality assurance and flawless launches that establish industry benchmarks.

• Champion best practices in tools and instrumentation, such as resolving data integrity concerns.

• Provide insights for decision-making regarding the workflow within the product organization and identify bottlenecks.

• Assist teams in tracking metrics that align with business outcomes, delivering valuable insights to the organization.

• Create and manage engaging dashboards in JIRA, Confluence, and Compass to monitor our progress and determine if we are meeting our objectives.

• Empower the organization to cultivate the ability to self-organize around the defined, measurable outcomes that you have established and communicated.

• Undertake ad hoc projects that involve managing, leading, or driving various aspects of the business, which will increase in complexity over time.

• Integrate and transfer change to product management, engineering, and operations leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience and willingness to utilize AI to enhance your daily tasks as well as those of the Engineering organization.

• Strong business acumen, encompassing financial literacy, business models, planning, change and project management skills, goal setting, and organizational design.

• Familiarity with product strategy, product management, and/or program marketing within a SaaS company.

• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MixPanel, SalesForce, PowerBI, and others.

• Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel — capable of transforming complex data into clear and visually appealing presentations.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information.
