This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Client Advisory and CRM Transformation
• Facilitate discovery workshops with manufacturing clients to gain insights into their strategy, sales and service models, channels, and essential KPIs
• Evaluate the current CRM and legacy systems, identify deficiencies, and establish a Salesforce-centric target state
• Create roadmaps for CRM transformation with Salesforce as the primary CRM platform
• Redesign comprehensive business processes in accordance with Salesforce best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders regarding CRM strategy, governance, and operational models
• Oversee the complete Salesforce solution architecture for manufacturing CRM projects
• Define the data model, object relationships, security framework, environment strategy, and integration patterns
• Generate solution blueprints, high-level designs, and effort estimates
• Support functional consultants and technical teams throughout the delivery phase
• Contribute to the development of internal accelerators, templates, and industry-specific assets for manufacturing CRM
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities and outline solution and delivery strategies
• Conduct tailored Salesforce demonstrations for manufacturing scenarios
• Prepare solution presentations, architecture overviews, and walkthroughs for client meetings
• Develop and communicate the business case and ROI for CRM transformation
• Provide guidance to clients on CRM governance, operational models, and Salesforce roles
• Assist in defining role-based Salesforce usage models for sales representatives, KAMs, service agents, and partner users
• Offer insights into change management, communication, and training plans while helping to design relevant KPIs and dashboards
• Serve as the design authority for one or more projects
• Engage in and occasionally lead essential Agile ceremonies
• Identify potential risks and issues early and suggest mitigation strategies
• Assist in UAT planning, test scenario development, and readiness assessment for go-live
• 8 to 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years dedicated to Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud)
• 4 to 6 years of experience working with manufacturing organizations or clients (discrete, process, industrial equipment, automotive, high-tech manufacturing, etc.)
• Extensive experience in a systems integration or consulting environment in client-facing roles (consultant, lead consultant, solution architect, engagement lead)
• Proven history of leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations for 2 to 3 years, from discovery through to go-live and adoption
• Experience in delivering Salesforce within ERP-integrated enterprise environments
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field
• An MBA or other advanced business degree is a plus
• Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (and/or Advanced Administrator), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, or CPQ Specialist (nice to have), B2B Solution Architect
