This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Offer technical consultancy to the US Professional Services team regarding product and integration strategies.

• Spearhead solution design for significant US client projects, ensuring a balance between customer requirements and long-term product and delivery sustainability.

• Facilitate successful outcomes for client projects by guiding stakeholders towards the most beneficial solution rather than merely the quickest requested one.

• Produce high-quality integration builds for enterprise clients.

• Develop and sustain extensive expertise across all integration methods supported by the Dayshape product.

• Identify gaps in integration capabilities and provide concise, structured feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.

• Mentor colleagues and assist in their technical development.

• Collaborate efficiently across multiple time zones with strong communication, planning, and alignment with stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in delivering complex enterprise integration projects.

• A proven history of designing and delivering high-quality, robust integration solutions.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with ADF, Databricks, or similar data management tools.

• At least 5 years of experience with one or more programming languages, with the capability to investigate and comprehend existing codebases.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate outcomes that are satisfactory for all parties involved.

• Demonstrated ability to provide clarity and direction in complex and ambiguous situations.

• A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Capacity to deliver effectively under pressure while maintaining quality.

• Bonus points for experience in professional services organizations and/or resource management environments.

• Experience integrating with one or more enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience contributing to integration standards, reusable patterns, or engineering best practices across teams.
