This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

• Oversee the delivery of EC&I engineering for intricate systems and projects.

• Serve as Lead Engineer for large-scale initiatives and assist in project planning.

• Ensure adherence to standards including BS7671, IEC 61508, CDM Regulations & Machinery Directive.

• Support the delivery of project cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Contribute to bidding processes, encompassing technical and risk evaluations.

• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams effectively.

• Establish objectives, track performance, and offer constructive feedback.

• Function as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Propel process enhancements and efficiency initiatives.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control, or Instrumentation Engineering (or HNC/HND with substantial experience).

• Proven record of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

• Membership with the IET (or working towards Chartered status).

• Over 10 years of experience in EC&I engineering within regulated sectors.

• Strong proficiency across EC&I disciplines, with expertise in at least two areas.

• Experience spanning all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Knowledge of control systems design (V-cycle, verification & validation).

• Familiarity with configuration and documentation management.

• Demonstrated collaboration with project management teams.

• Health and safety programs.
