Principal Data Scientist – Growth & Membership Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Framing unclear problems, establishing what success entails, and converting business challenges into quantifiable analytical strategies.

• Taking ownership of and enhancing scalable data models, pipelines, and essential metrics that act as the long-term basis for operational performance in Sales and Membership Operations.

• Developing and refining analytical and modeling solutions, delivering promptly, learning from real-world feedback, and optimizing systems to achieve measurable results.

• Thoughtfully utilizing emerging ML/AI tools, integrating them into production workflows where they provide leverage, supported by robust data fundamentals and clear business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as an individual technical contributor.

• Proficient in SQL and familiar with modern data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Python, Looker, or similar).

• Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions through data-driven insights.

• Comfortable in constructing scalable, maintainable data pipelines and conducting comprehensive statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or experimental design to inform business strategy.
