Principal Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI/ML projects from inception to completion

• Take responsibility for achieving quantifiable business results

• Foster collaboration and decision-making among various teams

• Develop and implement predictive modeling solutions

• Design and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines

• Create and manage A/B testing initiatives

• Provide guidance and mentorship to data scientists and engineers

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in applied machine learning or data science

• Solid foundation in predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and experimental methodologies (A/B testing, causal inference, uplift modeling)

• Extensive knowledge of Python and SQL; skilled in using ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)

• Familiarity with Databricks, MLFlow, dbt, and Dagster

• Principal-level experience in data engineering: designing and managing production data pipelines, data models, and feature stores at scale

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (computer science, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, or engineering)
