This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Design and construct the fundamental Growth Analytics data infrastructure utilizing Snowflake as the core platform.
• Create, implement, and uphold scalable data pipelines, integrations, and transformation workflows across various internal business domains, including product, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and planning systems.
• Develop reliable and reusable data models and curated datasets to facilitate internal analytics, reporting, forecasting, growth planning, and Strategy & Operations workflows.
• Oversee the development and management of BI environments in Power BI and Looker, which includes creating semantic models, governed datasets, dashboard foundations, access patterns, and performance benchmarks.
• Construct AI-ready data layers to bolster internal intelligence solutions, encompassing structured datasets, metadata, documentation, business definitions, and controlled access patterns.
• Set standards for data quality, testing, observability, lineage, documentation, naming conventions, metric definitions, and production reliability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to convert business inquiries into scalable data products, reporting layers, and analytics-ready infrastructure.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for source systems, pipelines, data models, metric definitions, BI assets, and AI-ready datasets.
• Facilitate technical design discussions, provide architectural recommendations, and mentor analytics, BI, and data partners on scalable data methodologies.
• Assist in transitioning AOS from disjointed reporting and manual data processes towards a dependable, governed, and scalable intelligence framework.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to build data platforms, analytics environments, or substantial data infrastructure from the ground up or through significant transformations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Proficient in Scripting, SQL, and Python.
• Experience in constructing production-grade pipelines, integrations, orchestration workflows, and transformation logic.
• Familiarity with modern data ingestion tools such as Fivetran, Airflow + Python, dbt, Pyspark, or similar technologies.
• Background in creating BI environments such as Power BI or Looker.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, governed metrics, access control, documentation, lineage, data quality, and observability.
• Experience in preparing data infrastructure for AI, ML, LLM, advanced analytics, or internal intelligence applications.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting internal analytics, growth analytics, product Strategy & Operations, GTM analytics, finance analytics, or business operations teams.
• Experience in integrating data from systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, finance platforms, product usage systems, planning tools, and operational systems.
• Experience in creating AI-ready data assets, metadata layers, governed knowledge layers, feature-ready datasets, or semantic models.
• Experience in establishing standards for BI development, data documentation, metric governance, and data product delivery.
