Principal CPA, Director of Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Foster and maintain robust client relationships

• Provide leadership and guidance to the tax team

• Prepare tax planning documents for both individuals and corporations

• Develop and track essential performance metrics (KPIs)

• Address client inquiries regarding tax notices

• Generate tax projections and perform analyses

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 8 years of experience, primarily in public accounting

• Proficient in managing client-facing relationships

• Experience with cloud-based accounting solutions (preferably Xero)

• Familiarity with major tax preparation software

• Knowledge of project management tools
