Principal CPA, Director of Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Foster and maintain robust client relationships

• Guide and support the tax team through mentoring

• Prepare documentation for personal and corporate tax planning

• Establish and track essential performance indicators (KPIs)

• Address client inquiries regarding tax notices

• Generate tax projections and analytical reports

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA with over 8 years of professional experience, primarily in public accounting

• Proficient in managing client-facing interactions

• Experienced with cloud-based accounting systems (preferably Xero)

• Knowledgeable in significant tax preparation software

• Familiar with project management applications
