This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate available sales territories for their appeal to Honor, considering both growth potential and operational factors, and prioritize transactions accordingly.

• Collaborate with Finance and Operational teams to create territory valuations that guide our bidding strategy.

• Formulate negotiation strategies, deal terms, and Letters of Intent (LOIs) for transactions.

• Oversee the entire franchise acquisition process—from initial interest to the closing of the transaction.

• Conduct a comprehensive cross-functional due diligence process and assess target territories with input from essential stakeholder teams, including Finance, Operations, and Legal.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs across obtained territories.

• Identify significant gaps and opportunities in relation to the deal thesis, and develop an action plan in collaboration with finance and operational teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required (an MBA is preferred).

• 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, small business M&A, mid-market private equity, or corporate strategy roles.

• A strong history of leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholder organizations [Operations, Legal, Finance] and delivering impactful results is essential.

• Proven ability to construct and manage deal models and evaluate valuations effectively.

• Demonstrated success in driving transactions with banks, private equity, or other institutional investors is preferred.

• Experience in franchise M&A is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with advanced AI-based tools [e.g., Claude Cowork] is a plus.
