This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Spearhead the promotion and sales of Medtronic’s coronary offerings, which include stents, balloons, guidewires, imaging, and CathWorks technologies, within designated territories.
• Provide both technical and clinical guidance in the cath lab during coronary interventions and physiological evaluations, including assistance with intricate cases.
• Offer advanced clinical education and training to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Establish, nurture, and utilize relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), senior clinicians, and executive-level decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and Sales Leadership to influence pricing strategies, assist in contract negotiations, and promote system-wide adoption.
• Create and implement comprehensive territory and account plans that consider clinical, economic, and competitive factors.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Travel regularly to hospitals and off-site meetings, which may necessitate overnight stays.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience*, or an Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience*, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience*.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Background in supporting cath labs and collaborating with interventional cardiologists on complex coronary procedures.
• Proficiency in establishing credibility with physicians and healthcare leaders by providing data-driven, customer-centric solutions.
• Strong skills in territory/business planning, including managing competing priorities, anticipating market changes, and executing long-term strategies with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure clinical settings, offering composed procedural leadership.
