This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical strategy for Personalization Foundation Models

• Develop shared libraries and essential components for ranking and retrieval systems

• Create performance-critical components using Rust

• Design the orchestration and reasoning framework for agentic personalization elements

• Define the roadmap for Core Science and Applied ML teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in ML research and systems engineering

• Proficient in PyTorch and Rust

• Extensive experience with inference optimization (Triton)

• Published research in Foundation Models or Agentic Systems is preferred

• Experience in building or contributing to AI Kernels is preferred

• A PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred
