Principal Consultant, Workday Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements and align them with scalable and effective Workday solutions.

• Oversee and facilitate the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday Payroll.

• Engage in design workshops and requirement gathering, converting complex challenges into actionable plans.

• Manage projects of varying scales and complexities with clarity and confidence, always aiming to deliver value.

• Employ a consultative approach to problem-solving, assisting clients in simplifying processes and optimizing for long-term success.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, committed to achieving outcomes rather than merely outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Payroll.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of simplifying complex issues and providing clear, actionable solutions.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating within team settings, building strong partnerships, communicating effectively, and contributing to collective goals.

• Capacity to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities and achieving project milestones.

• Solution-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Experience in Workday consulting, whether as an internal practitioner or with a consulting/services partner.

• Must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
