Principal Consultant – Wireless/Network

📋 Description

• Execute intricate, multi-disciplinary projects as a reliable subject matter expert.

• Act as Project Lead for select projects to ensure profitable delivery and assess project health.

• Oversee discipline-specific design initiatives and guarantee coordinated, high-quality project execution.

• Record client-specific processes and any deviations from TEECOM standards.

• Collaborate effectively with Group Leads and Team Leads to tackle challenges.

• Foster robust client relationships through transparent communication and sound engineering judgment.

• Provide mentorship to engineers and production team members through technical advice and design evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related discipline; or equivalent technical experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in AEC or related professional services with strong expertise in specific disciplines.

• Proven track record of delivering coordinated, high-quality designs and making informed decisions within your field.

• Capability to lead discipline-specific segments of complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal supervision.

• Strong grasp of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and coordination prerequisites.

• Experience in contributing to documentation updates, design standards, and QA/QC processes via GitHub or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.

• RCDD (Telecom/ICT) — preferred.

• EIT — a plus.

• PE — a plus.

• CCNA — preferred.

• CDT — preferred.

• PMP — a plus.
