This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Become a part of ENTRUST Solutions Group's Safety Management System (SMS) team, contributing to the development of safer and more dependable operations for clients.

• Create and implement thorough safety management systems or enhance existing programs related to pipeline safety and occupational health.

• Assist clients in establishing SMS programs that adhere to industry standards such as API RP 1173 (Pipeline Safety Management System), ANSI Z10, and ISO 45001.

• Provide practical solutions through gap assessments, implementation roadmaps, auditing, hazard analysis, and incident investigations to effect meaningful change.

• Lead various projects while utilizing extensive engineering knowledge to tackle complex issues.

• Direct consulting teams by offering both technical and organizational guidance, and work in close collaboration with Project Managers and Business Unit Leaders to enhance processes.

• Ensure adherence to compliance and best practices, while staying informed on industry standards and advancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technology, or engineering field from an accredited institution or an equivalent technical qualification.

• Over 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the natural gas, liquid pipeline, or electric utility sectors.

• At least 8 years of work experience should have been gained at a company or engineering consulting firm recognized for high risk and high reliability, such as nuclear energy or electrical/gas utilities.

• A collaborative mindset towards problem-solving.

• Strong ability to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Technical or leadership proficiency (expert level) in one or more relevant disciplines.

• Established industry contacts and a solid understanding of industry dynamics.

• A valid driver's license is required for travel purposes.
