This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the mobilization, planning, and execution of intricate transformation programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Programme Directors, SROs, and executive leadership teams.
• Execute discovery and diagnostic activities, formulating recommendations, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Assume responsibility for program outcomes, encompassing scope, schedule, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Create and guide effective governance frameworks, reporting forums, and Programme Boards.
• Coordinate delivery across various workstreams, suppliers, and partner organizations.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and fostering professional growth.
• Assist in business expansion by recognizing opportunities within current accounts and contributing to follow-up engagements.
• Collaborate closely with Civiteq leadership to develop consulting strategies, delivery frameworks, and thought leadership.
• Travel to client locations as necessary.
• Proven program leader with a successful history of executing complex transformation initiatives and cultivating trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in leading extensive digital transformation or ERP programs.
• Proficient in managing multi-workstream delivery and program governance.
• Background in working with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
• Experience in leading consulting or delivery teams within complex environments.
• Skilled in managing program risks, budgets, resources, and delivery outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with UK public sector or local government transformation programs (desirable).
• Knowledge of enterprise technology, cloud, or ERP implementations (desirable).
• Familiarity with multi-supplier delivery settings (desirable).
• Experience in PMO, assurance, or program controls (desirable).
• Involvement in contributing to bids, Statements of Work, and resourcing plans (desirable).
• Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities within client accounts (desirable).
• Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 per year.
