• Leverage extensive knowledge of Oracle Financials Applications along with industry best practices to provide cost-effective solutions tailored to client business scenarios.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams and client personnel to develop, test, and implement solutions utilizing Oracle Clouds.
• Detail customer requirements, document them thoroughly, and present for client approval.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to address challenges in product implementation and integration.
• Analyze existing systems and data to uncover new requirements, acknowledging the necessity for system enhancements or modifications when needed.
• Create unit test scripts and coordinate with clients to conduct User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements or custom solutions.
• Collaborate with Oracle to resolve service requests.
• Lead and manage various phases of the system life cycle, including gathering business requirements through workshops, analysis, design, configuration, and development solutions for Oracle Financial applications.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, including over 3 years supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
• CPA certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills for gathering and documenting business requirements, designing business processes, performing functional configuration, and managing ERP solution testing.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding clients through business process enhancements.
• A broad range of accounting experience, including Chart of Accounts redesign, robust financial reporting, and MultiOrg / Multi Currency expertise.
• Capability to lead a team, work autonomously, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• High commitment to surpassing performance expectations.
• Proficient in writing functional specifications based on user requirements.
• Sufficiently senior to independently manage client expectations.
• A professional demeanor when interacting with both internal and external customers.
• Capacity to maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• While this role is primarily for individual contribution, the ability to coach and mentor the team is expected.
