Principal Compiler Engineer – ML Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee compiler engineering by ensuring best practices, incorporating enterprise product integration, and driving process improvements.

• Collaborate with colleagues, domain specialists, developers, customers, and various teams across the organization to find optimal solutions.

• Design, integrate, and execute product implementations.

• Offer support for proposals in critical areas that align with core team strengths.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in the industry.

• Strong theoretical foundation in compiler principles.

• Proven experience in building and deploying software products.

• Familiarity with one or more deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of standard practices and methodologies in compiler development.

• Passion for high-performance systems engineering and performance debugging.

• A keen interest in process improvement and fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration.
