This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Deliver clinical and technical support along with educational resources to Medtronic clients in vascular disease therapies.
• Provide insights and information on clinical outcomes and the effectiveness of our comprehensive vascular bag portfolio.
• Conduct regular outreach to hospitals or clinics to support vascular sales, service, and educational goals with enthusiasm and product knowledge to enhance patient outcomes.
• Promote and facilitate education regarding the company’s products and/or services through individualized training sessions, in-service education programs, and conference support.
• Work under the guidance of the Clinical Service Manager and District Sales Manager, collaborating with sales representatives on case and technical support for physicians and their staff.
• Assist in executing the district sales strategy by partnering with sales representatives and managers to meet business objectives.
• This may involve inventory assistance and technical case support.
• Exhibit adaptability in scheduling to provide technical case support based on customer needs, including short notice requests.
• Support various business operations, including but not limited to training, purchase order collection, and inventory management.
• Perform cycle counts of inventory at customer locations.
• Aid in resolving discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Lead initiatives to secure signed Consignment Agreements (CA) and Inventory Schedules (IS) at accounts.
• Maximize the return on invested inventory throughout the district.
• Reallocate underperforming inventory to accounts with potential for revenue growth.
• Suggest and monitor inventory levels based on customer segmentation and pricing & contract strategies.
• Coordinate and implement Phase-In and Phase-Out activities for product launches.
• Collaborate with Area and District sales strategies; partner with sales representatives and service leaders to fulfill business plans.
• Responsible for cultivating, developing, and enhancing long-term relationships with stakeholders, including key decision-makers, customers, and their staff, to drive business growth and therapy adoption.
• Tasked with pursuing leads, evaluating needs, and providing product services to optimize the benefits of Medtronic’s vascular products and/or services, effectively engaging with customers and addressing their concerns.
• Evaluate customer needs and feedback regarding new product offerings or modifications to existing products, communicating insights to sales representatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team and vascular field technician on inventory management efforts.
• High School Diploma and 11+ years of experience, OR an Associate degree and 9+ years, OR a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in healthcare, field sales support, personnel and performance management, project management, or work experience involving complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.
• Solid working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of building and sustaining positive relationships with peers and colleagues across various organizational levels.
• Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating programs.
• Ability to manage and participate in multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong work ethic dedicated to achieving the objectives of the position.
