Principal Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee targeted and/or extensive business evaluations and the formulation of implementation strategies and plans for clients to improve their operations and efficiency.

• Direct initiatives that aid clients in developing comprehensive planning methodologies and practices that align strategic goals and objectives with implementation.

• Spearhead the creation of guidelines, processes, and procedures for assigned functional areas of clients to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Provide organizational development and management services for clients aimed at achieving organizational excellence.

• Identify and evaluate potential risks to both BC and client organizations, ensuring appropriate governance and policy formulation.

• Contribute to the enhancement and ongoing improvement of company standards and best practices.

• Offer mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to assist less experienced team members in advancing their skills and career growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in a comparable role.

• Previous experience in leading projects.

• Proficient in analyzing organizational and business requirements, organizational development, and change management.

• Typically certified in the SMS Framework and progressing through the SMS competencies.

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, communications, or a related discipline.

• Skilled in developing and documenting workflows and business processes.

• Experienced in creating integrated business solutions (people, process, technology) to enhance performance.

• Capable of formulating guidelines and standards to ensure consistency in work approaches and associated outcomes, including quality.
