This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and execute complex, high-value projects from inception to completion in collaboration with partners.
• Cultivate partner relationships and achieve project outcomes that enhance our reputation.
• Guide, develop, and mentor teams, including team members and Associates.
• Oversee project budgets, P&L, and significant strategic partnerships.
• Create avenues for learning across projects and iterate propositions.
• Design innovative leadership experiences tailored for senior leaders.
• Contribute to a foundational design capability through programmatic initiatives and bespoke advisory services.
• Initiate unique leadership development experiences across various sectors.
• Assess the effectiveness of leadership interventions in relation to partner goals and the organization’s mission.
• Manage key accounts and spearhead business development discussions, proposals, and pitches.
• Influence the growth and strategic direction of the responsible leadership advisory practice.
• Identify investment prospects, enhance capabilities, and amplify organizational impact.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make sound judgments in uncertain situations.
• Strong commercial acumen and insight into value creation.
• Profound curiosity regarding the influence of AI on organizations and leadership.

• Proficient in people leadership and management, including mentoring and overseeing diverse project teams.
• Outstanding facilitation skills with senior teams.
• Ability to translate intellectual frameworks into compelling propositions for partners.
• Competence in evaluating the impact of leadership interventions and demonstrating results.
• Approximately 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, leadership consulting, program design and implementation, or learning and development.
• Experience in bringing a proposition to market and fostering its growth.
• Proven history of securing work through senior-level relationships.
• 1–2 years of experience engaging with leaders in AI, technology, or innovation sectors.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
