• Develop and guide a high-performing team of data and AI architects.
• Advocate for a data-driven culture by highlighting the importance of analytics and AI throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in designing enterprise-scale data platforms and AI solutions.
• Experience in leading architecture teams.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong comprehension of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with the Databricks ecosystem.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Understanding of data mesh, data fabric, and modern data stack concepts.
• Relevant certifications in cloud architecture or AI/ML technologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
