Principal Application Security Engineer – Product Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance product security evaluations across various teams

• Act as a security advisor for product architects

• Oversee significant security initiatives

• Examine security incidents and devise remediation plans

• Develop frameworks and provide guidance for engineering teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application or product security

• Practical experience in software engineering and secure system design

• Technical expertise in C#, Java, or Python

• Knowledge of secure CI/CD methodologies

• Cloud security proficiency in Azure and/or AWS

• Experience with SAST/DAST tools and penetration testing tools

• Capability to analyze intricate microservices-based architectures
