This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design and prototype cloud-native analytics solutions utilizing Power BI (Desktop, Service), DAX, Power Query (M), dataflows, deployment pipelines, and components from Snowflake, including schemas, virtual warehouses, roles, tasks/streams, and performance services.
• Oversee the complete development lifecycle (SDLC + agile) of secure, scalable, and cost-effective analytics, encompassing design, construction, testing, documentation, and support.
• Establish governance controls such as row-level and object-level security, data endorsements, versioning, and reliable refresh pipelines.
• Conduct source-to-target mapping and create star/snowflake models that are optimized for analytics and semantic modeling.
• Develop semantic layers and governed calculation frameworks (DAX measures, calculation groups).
• Enhance model and query performance through aggregations, incremental refresh, model size tuning, and Snowflake performance strategies (clustering, caching).
• Write medium to complex SQL queries for data validation, quality assurance, and detailed analysis.
• Streamline production pipelines, schedules, workflows, alerting/monitoring, and SLA adherence.
• Provide Level 3 support (ServiceNow), including triage, root-cause analysis, and stable release management.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, facilitate design workshops, and produce actionable prototypes and wireframes.
• Create high-value dashboards, reports, and analytics that deliver product insights and support operational decision-making.
• Oversee the complete design process for visualization, reporting, and dashboard solutions that drive product insights and operational decisions.
• Maintain proactive communication with teams and stakeholders; escalate risks early to ensure timely delivery.
• Advocate for quality, standards, and continuous improvement through architecture/code reviews, operational documentation, and cost awareness across workloads.
• Investigate emerging cloud analytics capabilities and ensure compliance with necessary training and SOPs (e.g., GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, CAPA).
• Identify new opportunities to add value through automation, standardization, and measurement.
• Assist teammates in achieving collective goals; undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 to 8 years of experience delivering data warehousing/data analytics solutions, including 3 to 4 years with Power BI and Snowflake.
• Demonstrated success in designing enterprise dashboards and user-centric analytic solutions.
• Proficiency in Power BI development (DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, dataflows, RLS/OLS, incremental refresh, deployment pipelines).
• Strong capabilities in Snowflake (database/warehouse design, RBAC, warehouse optimization, tasks/streams, resource monitors, cost management).
• Solid SQL and relational modeling skills (Snowflake, Oracle; MS SQL Server experience is a plus).
• Experience in operationalizing cloud BI (scheduling, orchestration, monitoring, alerts, SLA management).
• Familiarity with Data Governance, Stewardship, and MDM concepts; experience with Reltio is a plus.
• Understanding of security, data architecture, analytics engineering, and structured SDLC practices.
