This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Develop a forward-thinking, cohesive research and content portfolio aligned with clients’ primary initiatives and market potentials.
• Execute and assess primary research in accordance with your content strategy.
• Create and produce content across various formats, including reports, blog articles, data snapshots, podcasts, and short-form videos.
• Utilize Forrester’s research and frameworks to assist clients in addressing business challenges through both immediate and long-term strategies.
• Enhance your reputation as a prominent speaker and thought leader.
• Engage with the media, present at Forrester and other external events, and deliver client presentations both virtually and in person.
• Evolve and commercialize your coverage while collaborating with the Forrester ecosystem to promote it to clients and prospects.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior-level B2B, B2B2C, or B2C CX positions.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide CX transformations.
• Experience in at least two functional areas of CX broadly defined, such as experience or service design, measurement/analytics, technology, customer service, strategy, etc.
• Proficiency in establishing and managing innovative CX functions that drive business outcomes.
• Insight into the critical challenges faced by CX leaders and organizations today, including score obsession, the necessity to drive action, and the opportunities and risks associated with AI.
• Demonstrated success in influencing C-suite executives and providing guidance on strategic initiatives.
• Recognized industry presence as an influential speaker and thought leader.
• Strong business acumen reflected in your analyses, writing, and presentations.
• Ability to formulate a bold, conceptual vision and convert it into actionable strategies.
• A collaborative approach and dedication to working as part of an integrated team.
