This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary analytics thought leader and data authority for the Partnerships leadership team, driving strategic decisions related to agent acquisition, baseline pricing, and exploring new market opportunities.
• Monitor, assess, and enhance the experience of the agent-facing platform. Establish precise usability metrics for new product features to guarantee that engineering sprint cycles promote positive user interactions.
• Develop diagnostic data models to analyze, track, and reduce backend financial risks. Analyze historical operational datasets to identify risk concentration hotspots within external agencies and create targeted debt recovery strategies.
• Identify key growth drivers throughout the agent journey to define the essential onboarding metric (the "aha moment") that generates a positive snowball effect on platform retention and overall revenue growth.
• Oversee performance frameworks and track conversion steps for our developing annuities business lines utilizing a traditional Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) funnel methodology.
• Work in collaboration with data engineers and the wider analytics teams to maintain scalable business logic, implement clean tracking dashboards, and facilitate self-service analytics throughout the organization.
• Proactively develop, test, and integrate advanced generative AI tools to automate internal analytics workflows and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Provide continuous support, conduct peer code reviews, and offer tactical leadership training to junior analytics resources distributed across our global offices.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data science, or analytically focused individual contributor roles at fast-growing tech startups or established companies.
• Unquestionable expert-level knowledge of SQL.
• Strong foundational understanding of statistics and predictive data modeling is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging modern Large Language Models (like ChatGPT or Claude) within your daily workflow to enhance writing, debug calculations, and streamline personal efficiency.
• Must be ranked in the top 10% of AI-fluent analysts.
• Experience using advanced visualization, dashboarding, and AI-enabled analytics platforms (such as Hex, Tableau, Mode, or Excel).
• Exceptional ability to navigate highly ambiguous situations, proactively analyzing past data records to uncover root causes and organizing disparate information into coherent corporate narratives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; adept at defending high-stakes analytical summaries before the corporate C-suite and Board of Directors.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics) or an equivalent practical technical background.
