Principal AIOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the AIOps strategy, roadmap, and operational model

• Take ownership of the observability-to-AIOps pipeline

• Design and execute event intelligence initiatives

• Provide guidance to operations, service owners, and leadership stakeholders

• Develop AIOps integrations centered around ServiceNow

• Establish governance frameworks for operational AI

• Construct and operationalize agentic AI workflows

• Facilitate closed-loop automation and self-healing processes

• Collaborate with NOC/SOC, infrastructure, and application owners

• Create training materials and mentor teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and production operations for highly available services

• Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities

• Proficient programming and scripting skills, with a preference for Python

• Experience in integrating observability platforms

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow

• Background in Automation & Integration Engineering, particularly with Python

• Knowledge of AIOps, ITSM/ITOM (ServiceNow), and the Agentic AI ecosystem

• Experience with operational Machine Learning/Analytics, including anomaly detection and time-series analysis
