Principal, AI Solutions

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted expert in AI solutions, assisting functional leaders and subject matter experts in pinpointing business challenges and transforming opportunities into actionable AI-driven solutions.

• Oversee the complete process of discovery, design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of AI agents, skills, workflows, automations, prompt-based solutions, and related tools.

• Balance aspects such as business value, usability, speed, scalability, enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.

• Collaborate with end users and functional stakeholders to comprehend workflows, validate requirements, support adoption efforts, and integrate change management into solution design and implementation.

• Create reusable solution patterns, playbooks, templates, documentation, and best practices.

• Work alongside the AI Transformation Lead, technology partners, and stakeholders to recognize dependencies and escalate needs concerning data access or infrastructure.

• Assess the effectiveness of solutions through user feedback, adoption rates, business outcomes, and other relevant metrics.

• Stay updated on pertinent AI capabilities, techniques, and evolving practices.

• Conduct business in accordance with Higher Logic's policies and procedures.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Strong expertise in applied artificial intelligence concepts and tools, encompassing AI agents, skills, workflow automation, prompt-based solutions, and related methods.

• Capability to convert ambiguous or complex business challenges into clear requirements, solution concepts, and actionable deliverables.

• Robust product-oriented mindset that balances user needs, business value, feasibility, speed, and scalability.

• Ability to swiftly build and refine solutions while ensuring quality, documentation, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and simultaneous initiatives.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with change management principles and human factors in technology adoption.

• Talent for identifying patterns across business functions and developing reusable solutions and practices.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a centralized AI Transformation team and various business functions.

• Experience in product management, project management, business analytics, GTM strategy, consulting, or transformation is advantageous.
