This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and maintain the comprehensive playbook for AI productization and governance, establishing service patterns, security protocols, evaluation criteria, and production-readiness benchmarks.
• Create reusable internal tools, including AI scaffolding, monitoring systems, and data infrastructure intended for broad usage.
• Implement strong governance policies for AI agents (permissions, code execution controls, system access, and human-in-the-loop enforcement).
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to establish AI controls aligned with SOC2/ISO standards, vendor requirements, and data classification policies.
• Outline standardized deployment patterns utilizing containerization, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and reusable CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote AI-assisted development methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and contemporary software engineering standards throughout the organization.
• Formalize engineering baselines (CI/CD, DevOps, testing, delivery quality) for new and re-platformed products.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads, fostering measurable enhancements in design quality, consistency, and production rigor.
• Serve as the main technical authority on AI/ML, platform architecture, and modern engineering practices.
• Connect technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating intricate architectural decisions, AI risk considerations, and platform trade-offs into actionable insights for executives.
• Experience: 15+ years in software engineering, data science, or a closely related technical domain.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• AI/ML & Cloud: Profound expertise in the Python ecosystem and AI/ML frameworks, with demonstrated experience in deploying models to public cloud infrastructure.
• Architecture: Proven history of designing and operating multi-tenant AI services, LLM integrations, and microservices architectures in a production environment.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Strong practical knowledge of containerization (Docker), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and modern CI/CD methodologies.
• AI Security & Governance: Extensive experience with AI/LLM security challenges (prompt injection, data boundary enforcement, model supply chain risks, threat modeling).
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to varied audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Mentorship & Culture: Dedicated to coaching, developing engineers, and promoting engineering best practices.
