Primary Care Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth consultations, including video appointments and message-based interactions.

• Manage a diverse range of patient needs remotely, conducting a combination of acute, chronic, and wellness visits.

• Implement standardized practices and clinical guidelines for evidence-based healthcare delivery.

• Engage in continuous education through weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities.

• Collaborate regularly with team members and leadership during daily huddles.

• Oversee a team of 4-8 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) in a collaborative manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited residency program in Internal or Family Medicine.

• Have practiced for a minimum of 2 out of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care environment.

• Hold Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.

• Possess an active state medical license in California, New York, or Washington D.C.

• Maintain a minimum of 25 state licenses, with a commitment to obtain and keep additional licenses supported by our One Medical Credentialing Team.

• Prior experience in virtual care and/or virtual primary care is preferred.
