Pricing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue enhancement and maximize profitability by creating innovative pricing and commercial strategies.

• Lead strategic pricing and commercial initiatives to improve commercial performance and uncover new revenue avenues.

• Convert market insights into actionable pricing strategies by performing thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to grasp the competitive landscape and pinpoint pricing opportunities and risks.

• Simplify complex datasets into clear, impactful insights that highlight key trends and promote more data-driven decision-making.

• Create detailed business cases to ensure alignment on recommendations by collaborating closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams.

• Oversee or contribute to high-priority projects and initiatives as requested by senior leadership.

• Manage the execution of pricing and commercial decisions by providing business requirements to cross-functional teams to guarantee a successful launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, business analysis, or a comparable analytical position, ideally within a high-tech or SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with pricing methodologies and pricing research techniques.

• Proven track record in gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex data while being comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong working relationships with internal business units and across different regions.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced high-tech setting.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is highly recommended.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
