Pricing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Review incoming drawings and CAD models in both English and German;

• Calculate production costs, including materials, machine hours, and post-processing;

• Offer process recommendations as needed;

• Document the results of calculations and share them with colleagues in the commercial department;

• The primary metric for assessing performance in this role is the quality and efficiency of processing incoming requests, ideally within 1-2 working hours of receipt;

• Organize work systematically and participate in task setting aimed at process automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate engineering degree in Metalworking Process Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field;

• Over 5 years of experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering;

• Proficient knowledge of various metalworking techniques including turning, milling, CNC machining, electrical discharge machining, and sheet metal processes such as laser, waterjet, plasma cutting, and welding;

• Familiarity with various metal post-processing methods, including polishing, hardening, heat treatment, anodizing, sanding/blasting, coatings, and painting;

• Understanding of different construction materials and their processing characteristics, including metals, plastics, and composite materials;

• Good command of English for interpreting drawings. Experience with German drawings is a significant advantage;

• An IT enthusiast eager to learn and utilize modern technologies and software;

• A willingness and desire to thrive in a rapidly growing business environment.
