Presales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct and execute Technical Online Demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Develop and tailor trial portals to effectively showcase the significance and functionality of the LMS.

• Construct use cases for potential clients and address any integration inquiries they may have.

• Resolve any issues encountered by prospects while using the LMS.

• Answer technical questionnaires and/or functionality inquiries.

• Support the proposals team in addressing RFIs by providing answers to any use case or technical questions from prospects.

• Participate in on-site demonstrations alongside Account and Sales Executives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Creative mindset with the capacity to think critically and tackle complex challenges in an Enterprise setting.

• Results-driven with a proven history of managing numerous priorities and extensive timelines, especially in Enterprise-level projects or with clients.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities, capable of navigating and cultivating relationships with Enterprise stakeholders.

• Attainment of a post-secondary degree or certification, preferably related to business, technology, or a field pertinent to Enterprise solutions.

• A blend of technical expertise and experience in client-facing sales support, ideally for Enterprise clients or large organizations.

• Background in SaaS, software sales, or sales support, with familiarity in Enterprise-level contracts, solution selling, or intricate deal structures.
