Presales Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Creating and positioning services and technological solutions that leverage the full range of eGroup Enabling Technologies' extended capabilities to meet the business and technical requirements of prospects and clients.

• Leading discovery discussions with clients to gather insights for the development of proposal content, statements of work detailing work scope and deliverables, project costing, and other related tasks.

• Building relationships and engaging in innovative, value-driven conversations with strategic prospects that lead to opportunities and profitable outcomes.

• Taking advantage of revenue-generating prospects, fostering client relationships, and showcasing credible expertise in our selected solution areas.

• Assisting the sales team by offering technical knowledge and advice during opportunity calls and proactively engaging to provide value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience and expertise in architecture/engineering related to Microsoft and Datacenter solutions.

• Proven prior experience in consulting and solution architecture development.

• Relevant background in developing scopes of work, presales engineering, and client engagement.

• Excellent writing, presentation, influencing, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Communications with significant experience in a technical role, or a technical degree (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science) combined with relevant experience in Solution Architecture.

• Active Microsoft cloud certifications are advantageous for this position.

• A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing Solution Architect role.

• At least 3 years of experience working with an IT consulting organization.

• Over 3 years of experience in developing precise, accurate, and technically sound statements of work.

• More than 3 years of experience in developing and designing complex technical architecture solutions.
